I’m Sadia, an accredited CBT psychotherapist with experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues.

My approach involves using CBT therapy online in conjunction with other techniques in order to facilitate healing and recovery from mental health conditions. These include OCD, PTSD, depression and anxiety.

I am accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (No. 1005583), providing professional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy UK wide through online sessions. I am also highly trained in Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), which are specialized techniques used to treat complex trauma and PTSD. My practice is dedicated to providing culturally sensitive therapy that respects your values.

For Muslim therapy clients who are concerned that therapy may conflict with their Islamic principles, my aim is to incorporate my knowledge of Islamic Counselling, Qur’an and Sunnah to promote your healing journey. This will always be integrated alongside CBT therapy online to ensure you are receiving the support you need without compromising your faith.

    We begin therapy with an assessment of the problem you wish to work on and form some goals you wish to work towards.
